The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
- University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- MSc or PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, specialized in microelectronics
- Hands-on experience with planar and 3D electromagnetic solver software
- Professional experience in the field of device model development is desirable
- Design of silicon experiments and RF measurement and characterization capabilities are assets
- Demonstrated ability with C++ is desirable especially in the field of computational electromagnetics and circuit simulation
